In high school as a means for prepping us for college we were encouraged to embark on a quest for self discovery. In preparation for college essays we wrote journals about who we were and how we perceived ourselves. We also took personality tests and filled out profile questionaires to find a language in which we could describe ourselves. It was all kind of overdone, but it lead me into an intense speculation over who I really am.

I believe everyone has a duality about them. We have both public and private lives. The way we perceive ourselves and the way others perceive us can greatly differ sometimes.

When a personality test I had taken showed a split in my results I begin studying my duality and it has helped me to gain a better sense of who I am. I'm presenting that info here as I try to create a sketch of my personailty.
